Official Cancellation Terms
Applicable to all confirmed bookings
- •Cancellations received with between 31 to 22 days’ notice is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- •Cancellations received with between 22 to 15 days’ notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- •Cancellations received with between 15 to 08 days’ notice is subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
- •Cancellations received with less than 8 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- •Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

31 to 22 Days25% Fee
Cancellations received with between 31 to 22 days’ notice is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
22 to 15 Days50% Fee
Cancellations received with between 22 to 15 days’ notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
15 to 08 Days75% Fee
Cancellations received with between 15 to 08 days’ notice is subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
Less than 8 Days100% Fee
Cancellations received with less than 8 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Hotel No-Show100% Fee
Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
